This page includes links to external
tutorials for everything imaginable working with xml. If you need an xml parser, then the only suggestion I can offer is the one by Michael Kay. He is a true champion and has the best reputation in the developer space. He doesn't spend multitudes of dollars on marketing to sell you buggy software and then attempt to tie your into a so-called service plan. If you're looking for an IDE, don't waste your money, there are plenty of good ones out there for free. Don't be fooled by free trial offerings as well. It's only a gimmick to convince you to shell out thousands of dollars on their buggy software.
I hope you find them of some
use.
